The Administrator can take care of making all necessary payments that stem from his mandate (electricity, telephone, television, etc.) A monthly management report will be produced and matched with all invoices and bills for easy consolidation.
Property inspections are performed regularly as specified in the contract terms. A ledger of all inspections can be made available to you.
A 24-hour emergency service is available to attend to any eventuality.
Regular grass-cutting will be performed during the summer, while snow removal in winter of driveways and parking areas, walkways and balconies are performed in the shortest of delays following a snow fall (2,5 cm or more).
The Administrator performs or overlooks all necessary repairs deemed necessary and have been previously approved by the owner. For major projects, the Administrator will request several quotes.
Prior to the winter frost, the Adminsitrator will perform all necessary tasks in order to prepare the property for the winter season (pool, plumbing, etc.).
The management fees will be submitted upon request after a thorough revision of the file. They’ll be determined based on the services retained.
A weekly visit (or as needed) will be performed to look after the spa or pool and ensure they remain in perfect condition. If you require a service that is not listed above, please let us know and we’ll make all necessary arrangements possible to assist you.
